Welcome to the Orthopedic Department of Ain Shams University. The Department of Orthopedics is composed of highly qualified orthopedic surgeons who have comprehensive training in orthopedic problems involving the bones, joints, tendons, ligaments and other musculoskeletal disorders. As well, we feel that our role as academic-orthopaedic physicians is to educate our future orthopaedic leaders as both clinicians and researchers. This will provide them with the ability to advance current orthopaedic knowledge and techniques and put them on the cutting edge of future orthopaedic advancements.
